Od października 2015 skrzyżowanie Rigaer i Liebigstraße wraz z okolicą funkcjonuje jako ,,strefa podwyższonego zagrożenia” – policja notorycznie legitymuje i przeszukuje ludzi bez konkretnego powodu. Zdarzają się ataki na mieszkańców i wywózki w inne części miasta. Policyjne patrole są cały czas obecne na ulicach. Uzasadnia się taki stan rzeczy „koniecznością obrony przed lewicowymi terrorystami”. Rzeczywistą przyczyną jest rozgrywka prawicowej partii rządzącej o głosy wykradane im przez ugrupowania nacjonalistyczne – środowiska alternatywne zostały wykorzystane jako chochoł, na którym partia rządząca może pokazać swoją siłę.

22 czerwca 2016r. W godzinach porannych miała miejsce ewikcja hausprojektu przy ulicy Rigaerstraße 94. Około 300 funkcjonariuszy policji oraz pracowników budowlanych i prywatnej ochrony wtargnęło na teren hausptojektu nie podając powodu ewikcji aż do przyjazdu adwokata.

Podczas ewikcji wylegitymowano wszystkie zebrane osoby, jedną osobę zatrzymano. Sporej części zarekwirowanych, lub zniszczonych podczas eksmisji rzeczy nie udało się odzyskać. Od tamtej pory budynek chroniony jest przez 24h na dobę przez dwa wozy uzbrojonej policji. Taka forma ochrony ma pozostać do czasu rozpoczęcia prac budowlanych. Dostęp do przestrzeni mieszkalnych został umożliwiony tylko osobom zameldowanym w budynku, jednak aby wejść/wyjść z budynku muszą odbyć kontrolę policyjną wraz z przeszukaniem.

Administrator budynku oświadczył, że cały parter ma zostać przerobiony na mieszkania dla uchodźców, które mają być wynajmowane za przeciętną berlińską wysokość czynszu. Argumentowanie eksmisji utworzeniem przestrzeni mieszkalnej dla uchodźców jest dość cyniczne, ale zdarza się w berlinie nie pierwszy raz. Eksmisję queerowo-feministycznego wagenburgu Kanal tłumaczono koniecznością wybudowania w tamtym miejscu obozu dla uchodźców. Władze i właściciele budynków, chcą tworzyć dla migrantów takie miejsca, które uniemożliwiają im samodzielne życie, czy to przez hierarchiczne struktury w obozach, czy przez widmo płacenia wysokiego czynszu.

Utworzenie „strefy podwyższonego zagrożenia” od kilku miesięcy spędza sen z powiek wszystkim okolicznym projektom, jednak spektakularna eksmisja na Rigaerstraße była najbardziej ekstremalnym przejawem ostatnich represji.

Od 30 czerwca w okolicy Rigaerstraße 94 trwa strajk głodowy. W zeszłą sobotę miała miejscę demonstracja. Około 3000 osób wyszło na ulicę protestować przeciwko gentryfikacji wprowadzanej za pośrednictwem policyjnej pałki. Demonstracja rozpoczęła się pokojowo. Zaangażowała się także społeczność mieszkańców dzielnicy. Jednak gdy policja zaczęła siłą rozpędzać demonstrację, wywiązały się zamieszki.

Planowane są kolejne protesty. Jeden z nich już w tę sobotę (16.07.16 o godz. 16:00). Zachęcamy wszystkich do wspierania walczących w berlinie.

Cryminalization of anarchistic movement in Berlin

Since October 2015 the intersection of Rigaer and Liebigstraße and neighborhood functions as ,,area of high threat “- the police notoriously holds and searches of people without a specific reason. There are also spontanic attacks on the inhabitants and deportations to other parts of the city. Police patrols are all the time present on the streets. This state of affairs is justified by “necessity of defense against the left-wing terrorists.” The real cause is the game, of the right-wing ruling party, for voices stolen from them by the nationalists- alternative groups were used as a doll on which the ruling party can show its strength.

In 22 June 2016, in the morning it took place eviction of hausproject Rigaerstraße 94. About 300 police officers and construction workers and private security burst into the bulding without giving any reason until the arrival of a lawyer.

During the eviction all people were serched and identifeid, one person was taken into custody. A large part of belongings confiscated/destroyed during the eviction could not be retrieved. Since then, the building is protected 24 hours a day by two cars of armed police officers. This form of protection is to remain until the start of construction work. Access to the residential space was made possible only to people registeredin the building, however, to enter / exit the building they have to go through full police control with personal search.

Administrator of the building said that the entire ground floor is to be converted into housing for refugees to be rented at average price. It is cybical manipulation. Eviction of queer-feminist wagenburg “Kanal” was explained by the need of building an refugee camp at the site. The authorities and building owners, want to create a place for migrants that prevent them from living independently, whether by hierarchical structures in the camps or by the specter of paying high rent.

Creation of a “zone of increased danger” for several months vexes all surrounding projects, but spectacular eviction on Rigaerstraße was the most extreme manifestation of the repression.

As of June 30 a hunger strike is held in the area of Rigaerstraße 94. Moreover at last saturday there had place a demonstration . About 3,000 people went to the streets to protest against gentrification introduced via a truncheon. The demonstration began peacefully. It has also engaged the local community of the district. However, when the police began to forcibly disperse a demonstration riots complied.

The protests have not yet finished. One of them is scheduled for this Saturday (16.07.16 at 16:00). We encourage all of you to support the people fighting in Berlin.
